How do I access Veteran Community Nursing Services?
Accessing our community nursing services for veterans is simple. If you are a DVA-eligible veteran living in Adelaide, South Australia, you will require a written referral for Community Nursing services from one of the following:
- general practitioner (GP)
- Treating medical practitioner in a hospital
- Hospital discharge planner
- Nurse practitioner specialising in a community nursing field
