Ensuring Your Safety and Well-Being

As a respected NDIS provider, Scarlet Homecare takes the safety and well-being of our participants incredibly seriously. We work closely with participants and their families to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and respected at all times while in our care.

Our staff are the best in the business, highly-trained and alert to the responsibility and challenges that comes with the trust our participants have placed in us to uphold their dignity and independence.

Upholding Your Rights

Under the NDIS, you are guaranteed certain rights from the providers and workers that support you in your needs. These rights are derived from Australia’s commitment to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with disabilities and include, but aren’t limited to:

  • The right to be and feel safe

  • The right to receive quality care and services

  • The right to dignity and respect at all times

  • The right to live free from abuse, exploitation and violence.

If you ever feel that these rights are not being explicitly respected, contact your disability service provider immediately so that steps can be taken to get your care back to the standard and quality you deserve.

Empowering You to Be Your Best

It can be a struggle to navigate the NDIS – health and wellbeing can be impacted as people try to get the right care and support. Scarlet Homecare takes active steps to support our amazing participants to make life as enjoyable as possible.
